I'm very excited to facilitate a project management seminar tomorrow here in Oakland. Participants bring a project they want to do some planning for and we are going to explore strategies for success for their goals.
This is a subject that I enjoy, although I would never have expected it. I have also seen a marked difference in the quality of my work and the stress level associated with projects since applying principles from project management.

In other news, I am moving from the Bay Area to the High Desert in Southern California on Thursday. These next two weeks will probably be a bit of a hiatus. I'll return as soon as I'm up and running in the beautiful Apple Valley!
